Deal Execution / Negotiation – If I could give more than 5 stars here, I would. As in any RE deal, there is serious stress during negotiations and escrow. The deal doesn’t just stop once escrow opens. The best way to describe it is Jennifer is there to help, assist, and negotiate to close the deal and make things right. It was a two-way street throughout the entire process. It was amazingly pleasant to communicate with Jennifer during the process. She never put up walls, never hid behind contractual wording, was always honest, and was always fair. Of course, as a buyer, you should also be fair to expect the same form the seller.

Quality of Remodel – Let me start off by saying, most renovations, if not performed by myself, I’d give negative stars for. With that high benchmark, I’d have to give 4.5 stars here. The quality of most materials was top notch, there was no skimping on the materials. The workmanship is good and up to standards. With the amount of work and money, her team spent on the project, having only a few issues shows they ran a VERY well quality controlled process.

After Sale Experience – 5+ stars here. Usually in RE, once escrow closes, parties part ways and there’s no more communication. No so with Jennifer. She really excelled here and followed up with us after the close. She had her crew take care of several small issues I found only after moving into the house.

If given the chance, we would not hesitate to buy another home from her. As RE investors go, she balances her returns with delivering quality and treating her buyers fairly.”
