    Escrow can be an extremely short process.  We've closed in as fast as 5 business days.  Our typical escrow is 2 weeks or 10 business days. However, we are very flexible on when we close escrow, especially if you need a longer period of time.  It's not a problem.

  • No Contingencies

    We buy properties for cash.  So there are no loan, appraisal or inspection contingencies.  I won't make you an offer until I've looked at the house (sometimes, I'll have my contractor take a look, too). If we agree on a price, I'm all in, including a non-refundable deposit held at escrow.
