The newest monthly edition of Core Logic's Southern California Home Resale Activity is out. As it does every year, home prices are heating up for summer.  The South Bay is no exception.  Listed below are highlights of South Bay's April median sales prices, as compared to April of 2014.

  • East Torrance (90502) up 18.2%
  • West Torrance (90503) up 11%
  • North Torrance (90504) up 8.1%
  • South Torrance (90505) up 10.6%
  • South Redondo Beach (90277) up 11.6%
  • North Redondo Beach (90278) up 15.3%
  • Hermosa Beach (90254) up 28.1%
  • El Segundo (90245) up 16.7%
  • Carson (90745) up 11.1%
  • Gardena (90247) up 16.1%
  • Hawthorne (90250) up 19%
  • San Pedro (90731) up 12.7%
