Are you thinking of selling your Redondo Beach house to a real estate investor? When I think about real estate investors, and where I fall in that category, I want to be known to be honest, ethical, and helpful. It's all about integrity. It's what I strive to provide everyday, with every homeowner, with every phone call.
I came across this clip that shows great sportsmanship (actually sportswomanship), which really inspired me. Helping someone across the finish line, for the sake of your own achievement, can mean so much more than "winning". I am proud to offer anyone who is considering selling their house my advice, even if it means not selling to me. Why? Because it is the right thing to do. To me, it always has been and always will be, the right way to conduct business.
Growing up in Redondo Beach and in Palos Verdes was wonderful as a child. Raising my family in Redondo Beach has been a blessing, too. My grandparents and my father even went to Redondo Union High School. This is my community and I want to be known for my integrity when it comes to buying homes in Redondo Beach.
Anyway, back to the video at hand, and what it means in life. I already feel fortunate in my life, so it is truly a blessing to be able to help others, work with others, and not worry about "winning". It really is about crossing the finish line together, no matter who is leaning on whom.
