Before & After in Temple City, CA

(October 28, 2014)

This past summer I purchased a unique craftsman property in Temple City. Near 2 of my favorite cities, Pasadena and Arcadia, Temple City has always been on my radar. From the quiet tree-lined streets to the highly coveted school district, I knew it would be a great area to work in.

Just short of being 90 years old, the property was in need of some serious TLC. From foundation bolting and asbestos siding removal to all of the usual cosmetic finishes, no corner was left untouched. The biggest hurdle we experienced with this project though was time. In order to stay true to the craftsman style of the home, little time consuming details were required. Although we ended up going over budget, the end result was a contemporary craftsman that exceeded all of our expectations.
